Mexico Biodiversity Art Competition 2022

The XXVI Children’s Drawing Contest,2022

“This is my Mexico,” with the central theme of Biodiversity of Mexico.

Girls and boys from all over the world are invited to participate and demonstrate

their artistic skills and imagination by drawing or painting aspects of the biodiversity,

ecosystems, species and cultural diversity of our beloved Mexico. The Contest is open

for children between 6 and 14 years old, the drawings must be done in A3 size (11.7

x 16.5 inches) -do not forget to write down the date and sign it- and submitted

digitally, in image format (JPG or PNG) at https://forms.ime.red/este-es-mi-mexico-2022 no later than August 1st, 2022. Please contact the Embassy if any support is

required filling out the form (WhatsApp +1 758 721 7424).

From the drawings received, the Jury will select 12 winners, and the community will

select 28 honorable mentions by means of electronic votes through the IME’s

Facebook page (@IMEsremx) from August 22nd to the 26th, 2022. Voting will close on

August 26th at 6 pm in Mexico City. The results will be published on the official page

and social networks of the IME at the beginning of September, 2022. The 12 winners

and 28 honorable mentions will receive a recognition and some of the 40 art works

selected will be featured in the 2023 IME Calendar
