A person occupied in a particular career needs compensatory recreational activities that serve as a source of relaxation. This prepares the individual with renewed strength, will and vitality to approach the next day’s work. A person whos job is physically demanding in most instances requires a hobby that is mentally stimulating such as music, art observing nature and reading. On the other hand a person with a sedentary job usually finds physical activity rewarding and refreshing.
Indeed, one of the main aims of education is the development of character. Society can only progress if the actions of its citizens are based on the pristine and timeless values of love, peace, truth, righteousness, non- violence, honesty and dedication to duty. If only all men could be convinced of the benefits of acting honestly and giving of their best at the workplace, these alone can assure a healthy mind and a healthy body.
